Meet Elizabeth Jones, MA, LMFTA

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist associate who treats individual adults and couples in-person in Jacksonville, NC, and virtually statewide.

Therapy with me is a collaborative experience, and treatment is highly personalized to fit your unique needs and goals, or those of your relationship. Anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, low self-esteem, conflict in close relationships, and issues related to sexuality and intimacy are just a few of the concerns that we can explore and work through together.

Whatever has brought you here, I want to offer you the space, time, compassion, and tools to manage current issues while building the foundation for a more aligned future. My style is both deeply compassionate and direct, grounded in a commitment to ongoing learning. I know I’ve done my job well when you feel both truly understood and gently challenged toward lasting change.

If you are considering therapy for yourself or your relationship, I welcome the opportunity to learn more about your story and how I can help.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and graduated summa cum laude with her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University.

She is an AAMFT Clinical Fellow and an NCAMFT Member.
